Jerod has been in the insurance industry for 20+ years. He will listen to your needs and wants. He will then work with you to get you the very best coverage. His home office is located in Central Ohio. He prefers to meet face-to-face but is very comfortable meeting over the phone and virtually using Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

Jerod his wife (Melissa) and their 3 children! Jerod has been involved in his community where he works, lives, and worships in. Jerod ran their local farmers market for 6 years, coaches youth sports, and serves on boards to help better the local community. He got his undergraduate from The Ohio State University and his MBA from Ohio Dominican University. He has a passion to helping others.

Plans are insured or covered by a Medicare Advantage organization with a Medicare contract and/or a Medicare-approved Part D sponsor with the State Medicaid Program. Enrollment in the plan depends on the plan’s contract renewal with Medicare.

Out-of-network/non-contracted providers are under no obligation to treat Plan/Part D Sponsor members, except in emergency situations. Please call or see your Evidence of Coverage for more information, including the cost sharing that applies to out-of-network services.
